Harry: Born 1966 in The Netherlands. Currently lives in Barcelona, Spain.
Camila: Born 1971 in Cuba. Currently lives in Barcelona, Spain.

Harry & Camila Studio was founded in 1998. Harry studied industrial design at the Design Academy Eindhoven and Camila studied fashion design at the Instituto Marangoni in Milan. Harry and Camila met in 1994 in the master degree program at Domus Academy. They were married in 1998 and opened studio Harry & Camila in Milan. Their design is a hybrid of his Dutch free spirit and her Latin sensuality. After a brilliant debut at the 1999 Milan Furniture Exposition, Ingo Maurer chose their textile designs for the International Design Yearbook no. 15. Paola Navone invited them to be part of the Pitti Home Image 2000 exhibition. In 2002, they moved to Barcelona. Harry & Camila have become widely recognized for their innovative design approach.

Harry & Camila have worked extensively around the world work with an international clientele including Rosenthal, Living Divani, Dedon and Kristalia, Idea and Sputnik (Japan), Abet, BRF, Fontana Arte, Alessi, Brf, Covo, De Vecchi, Dune NY, Koziol, Micam, Moroso, Salviati, J.lindeberg, E&Y, and TVS. Among their many awards, in 2007/2008, they won the Good Design Award of the Chicago Athenaeum recognized as the oldest and most prestigious award of its kind. They have been visiting professors at the Domus academy in Milan and the European Design Institute in Barcelona.
